Privacy Policy
The short version. There are no accounts. We don't ask for your name, email or location, and we don't use advertising or analytics trackers. Your scores and any cards you write stay on your phone. Two specific things do leave your device, and both are described below.
What stays on your device
- Cards you write yourself in "Write Your Own"
- Your scores, streaks, and which cards you've already seen
- Your sound preference and whether you've finished onboarding
- A cached flag recording whether Pro is active, so the paywall doesn't flash at existing subscribers while we check with the store
None of this is transmitted anywhere. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it.

The vote signal carries no device identifier, no account, and no free text — just a code for the card and a yes/no. We can count how many people agreed with a given card; we cannot tell which votes came from the same phone.
Cards you wrote yourself are never sent. The app checks each card against its built-in list before voting and skips the request entirely for anything you authored.
AI-generated content
The AI Topic Generator passes your topic word to Google's Gemini API. Google processes it under their API terms. We send only the topic — never your cards, your scores, or anything identifying you.
Generated takes carry a report control. Reporting one removes it from your session immediately and opens a prefilled email to us so we can adjust the filters.
Purchases
Payments are handled entirely by Google Play. We never see your card details. RevenueCat manages subscription state on our behalf and receives a store-generated identifier plus your purchase history — that's what makes Restore Purchases work on a new device.
Children
This app is not directed at children. The content is written for the age group shown on the store listing, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
Your choices
- Stop the vote signal: turn off network access for the app, or play offline. The app falls back to local estimates and keeps working.
- Skip the AI generator: don't use it. Nothing is sent unless you tap Generate.
- Delete everything: uninstall the app. Because nothing is tied to you, there is no account for us to delete — the anonymous vote totals cannot be traced back to any individual and so cannot be separated out.
- Notifications: turn them off any time in Android settings.
Security
Every request the app makes uses HTTPS. Pro status is cached in the platform's encrypted secure storage rather than plain preferences.
Changes
If we start collecting something new, this page and the app's Data Safety listing will be updated before that version ships. The date at the top shows the most recent revision.
